Based in the Scottish Borders, Kearse & Boys produce a collection of designer knitwear, employing traditional craftsmanship to produce versatile, elegant and fashionable products.

Jackets, cardigans, tunics and sweaters  are individually knitted in Lambswool, Shetland, Bouclé and Donegal yarns in vibrant colours as well as soft countryside shades.

The designs of Kearse & Boys evolve season to season and are sold B2B worldwide to various outlets.

Established in 1987, London-educated Virginia Kearse developed her designer knitwear wholesale business in the Scottish Borders countryside. Selling across the globe for many years, she retired in 2000 to travel the world herself, passing the business into the safe hands of the knitters who have continued to skilfully craft the products since.

High quality design, craftsmanship and sustainability are at the heart of all our products and will remain so as the business is handed from one family to another in 2023, allowing the legacy of the Scottish Borders textile industry to live on.
